The Seated Shoulder Flexor Depressor Retractor Stretch with Bent Knee is designed to improve shoulder mobility and flexibility. It targets the muscles involved in flexing, depressing, and retracting the shoulders, helping to relieve tension and improve upper body posture.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the ground with your knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place your hands behind you, fingers pointing away from your body.
  3. Lift your chest and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  4. Push your hands into the ground to depress your shoulders.
  5. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then release.
