The Hanging Oblique Knee Raise targets the oblique muscles by lifting the knees towards the chest with a twist. This exercise is effective for strengthening and sculpting the oblique muscles, enhancing core stability and improving overall midsection strength.
How to do it
- Grip the pull-up bar with both hands shoulder-width apart.
- Engage your core and lift your knees toward your chest.
- Twist your hips to one side to target the obliques.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
