How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weight plate at chest level.
- Keep your core engaged and back straight throughout the exercise.
- Twist your torso to one side, bringing the weight plate with you.
- Return to the center and rotate to the opposite side.
- Repeat while maintaining controlled and smooth motions.
