The Dumbbell Russian Twist with Legs Floor Off is an effective core exercise that targets the obliques and engages multiple stabilizing muscles. By holding a dumbbell and twisting the torso from side to side, it strengthens the core, improves rotational power, and enhances balance.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet off the ground.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands close to your chest.
  3. Lean back slightly while keeping your back straight.
  4. Twist your torso to one side, then the other, while keeping your legs elevated.
  5. Continue alternating sides in a controlled manner.
