Spinal Stretch (On Stability Ball)

The exercise involves performing abdominal crunches on a stability ball to enhance core strength and flexibility. It targets the core muscles, improving balance and stability while providing a stretch to the spine.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a balance ball with feet flat on the floor and hands behind your head.
  2. Lean back slightly to engage the core while maintaining balance.
  3. Rotate the torso to the side, bringing one elbow towards the opposite knee.
  4. Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
  5. Maintain tension in the core throughout the exercise.
