How to do it
- Sit on a balance ball with feet flat on the floor and hands behind your head.
- Lean back slightly to engage the core while maintaining balance.
- Rotate the torso to the side, bringing one elbow towards the opposite knee.
- Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
- Maintain tension in the core throughout the exercise.
