The Arm Tuck Side Bend is an exercise that targets the muscles of the upper body and core. It involves lateral bending while keeping the upper arm tucked, enhancing strength and flexibility in the torso and arms.
How to do it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend one arm sideways and tuck the opposite hand against your waist.
- Slowly bend to the side of the extended arm, keeping your torso straight.
- Hold briefly at the bottom, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side.
