The Standing Abs Rotation Stretch is designed to improve flexibility and mobility in the torso and strengthen the core muscles. This exercise engages the abdominals and obliques, promoting a balanced core and enhancing functional movement patterns.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on hips.
  2. Engage your core to stabilize your torso.
  3. Slowly rotate your torso to the right, keeping your hips facing forward.
  4. Hold for a moment before rotating back to the center.
  5. Repeat on the left side for equal reps.
