How to do it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on hips.
- Engage your core to stabilize your torso.
- Slowly rotate your torso to the right, keeping your hips facing forward.
- Hold for a moment before rotating back to the center.
- Repeat on the left side for equal reps.
