How to do it
- Lie flat on your back holding a foam roller above your chest.
- Engage your core and lift your legs and upper body simultaneously to form a 'V' shape.
- Reach the foam roller toward your toes while keeping your core tight.
- Lower back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for desired repetitions.
