The V-Up with a foam roller is a core exercise that targets the rectus abdominis by combining a leg raise and a crunch. This movement enhances core stability and strength, improves coordination, and builds endurance in the abdominal muscles.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back holding a foam roller above your chest.
  2. Engage your core and lift your legs and upper body simultaneously to form a 'V' shape.
  3. Reach the foam roller toward your toes while keeping your core tight.
  4. Lower back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions.
