How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
  3. Drive one knee towards your chest while keeping the other leg extended.
  4. Quickly switch legs, bringing the other knee towards your chest.
  5. Continue alternating legs at a steady and controlled pace.
