How to do it
- Start in a downward dog position with hands and feet firmly on the ground.
- Lift one leg high, keeping the hips square.
- Draw the lifted knee towards your nose, engaging the core.
- Hold the contraction for a moment, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
