The Down Dog Knee to Nose exercise combines elements of yoga and core training. It begins in a downward dog position and transitions into a knee tuck, targeting the core and improving balance and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Start in a downward dog position with hands and feet firmly on the ground.
  2. Lift one leg high, keeping the hips square.
  3. Draw the lifted knee towards your nose, engaging the core.
  4. Hold the contraction for a moment, then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
