The Hanging Leg Hip Raise is a core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It involves hanging from a pull-up bar and raising your legs while maintaining control. This exercise enhances stability and builds core strength.

How to do it

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with a shoulder-width grip.
  2. Engage your core and keep your legs straight or slightly bent.
  3. Raise your legs towards your chest, keeping the movement controlled.
  4. Hold briefly at the top position, then slowly lower your legs back.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
