How to do it
- Hang from a pull-up bar with a shoulder-width grip.
- Engage your core and keep your legs straight or slightly bent.
- Raise your legs towards your chest, keeping the movement controlled.
- Hold briefly at the top position, then slowly lower your legs back.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
