The Pull In on Stability Ball exercise is an advanced core workout that enhances stability and strength in the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis. By using a stability ball, it also engages the stabilizer muscles to maintain balance and control.
How to do it
- Begin in a plank position with feet resting on a stability ball and hands on the ground.
- Engage the core and roll the ball towards your chest by bending the knees.
- Pause briefly, then extend the legs back to the starting position while maintaining a stable core.
