The Plank Jack on Elbows is a dynamic plank variation challenging the core and cardiovascular endurance. It involves jumping the feet in and out while maintaining a stable plank on the elbows, engaging the abdominals, shoulders, and lower body muscles.
How to do it
- Start in a forearm plank position with elbows directly under shoulders.
- Engage the core, keeping the body in a straight line.
- Jump the feet out to the sides wider than shoulder width.
- Quickly jump the feet back to the starting position.
- Continue jumping in and out while maintaining plank form.
