The Plank Jack on Elbows is a dynamic plank variation challenging the core and cardiovascular endurance. It involves jumping the feet in and out while maintaining a stable plank on the elbows, engaging the abdominals, shoulders, and lower body muscles.

How to do it

  1. Start in a forearm plank position with elbows directly under shoulders.
  2. Engage the core, keeping the body in a straight line.
  3. Jump the feet out to the sides wider than shoulder width.
  4. Quickly jump the feet back to the starting position.
  5. Continue jumping in and out while maintaining plank form.
