The Weighted Decline Sit-Up intensifies the traditional sit-up by adding resistance and performing it on a decline bench. This exercise targets the core muscles, particularly enhancing abdominal strength and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Secure your feet under the bench's foot pads.
  2. Hold a weight plate against your chest and lie back on the decline bench.
  3. Engage your core and lift your torso up towards your knees.
  4. Lower back down with control to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
