Lying Toe Taps are an effective core exercise focusing on the lower abdominals. This movement enhances core stability and strength by engaging the muscles to maintain control as the legs alternate tapping down.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with legs raised, knees bent at 90 degrees.
- Engage your core and straighten your arms by your sides.
- Lower one leg, tapping the toes to the ground without arching the back.
- Return the leg to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
- Continue alternating legs in a controlled manner.
