This exercise focuses on strengthening the core by engaging the rectus abdominis while lying on a leverage machine. It enhances core stability and improves abdominal endurance.
How to do it
- Lie back on the leverage machine bench with your feet secured.
- Grasp the handles above, engaging your core.
- Crunch upwards, tightening your abs and lifting your head and shoulders.
- Pause briefly at the top before slowly returning to the starting position.
- Keep the movement controlled and repeat for the desired reps.
