This exercise focuses on strengthening the core by engaging the rectus abdominis while lying on a leverage machine. It enhances core stability and improves abdominal endurance.

How to do it

  1. Lie back on the leverage machine bench with your feet secured.
  2. Grasp the handles above, engaging your core.
  3. Crunch upwards, tightening your abs and lifting your head and shoulders.
  4. Pause briefly at the top before slowly returning to the starting position.
  5. Keep the movement controlled and repeat for the desired reps.
