Mountain climbers are a dynamic full-body exercise that primarily targets core muscles while also engaging the shoulders, arms, and legs. This movement improves cardiovascular endurance, agility, and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with wrists under shoulders and body in a straight line.
  2. Engage your core and drive one knee toward your chest.
  3. Quickly switch legs, bringing the other knee toward your chest.
  4. Continue alternating legs as fast as possible while maintaining plank form.
