Mountain climbers are a dynamic full-body exercise that primarily targets core muscles while also engaging the shoulders, arms, and legs. This movement improves cardiovascular endurance, agility, and coordination.
How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with wrists under shoulders and body in a straight line.
- Engage your core and drive one knee toward your chest.
- Quickly switch legs, bringing the other knee toward your chest.
- Continue alternating legs as fast as possible while maintaining plank form.
