The Crab Pose strengthens the core, upper arms, and glutes, enhancing overall body stability and flexibility. It also improves posture and coordination by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place hands behind you with fingers pointing towards the body.
  3. Lift hips towards the ceiling, aligning the body from shoulders to knees.
  4. Engage core and hold the pose, keeping the body steady.
  5. Lower hips back down gently to the starting position.
