A squat thrust is a dynamic exercise combining elements of a squat and a plank, designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness and core strength. It effectively engages multiple muscle groups and is ideal for building endurance and agility.

How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Quickly jump both feet forward towards your hands, landing in a squat position.
  3. Immediately jump back to return to the starting plank position.
