The kneeling plank is an exercise that helps improve core stability and strength. It targets the abdominal muscles while providing support to the lower back, helping to enhance posture and overall core endurance.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours with forearms on the ground and elbows under shoulders.
  2. Extend legs back, keeping knees on the ground and forming a straight line from head to knees.
  3. Engage the core by pulling the belly button towards the spine.
  4. Hold the position, keeping the back flat and avoiding sagging or arching.
