The Arm Rotation Knee Lift is a dynamic exercise that combines upper body rotational movements with knee lifts. It primarily focuses on developing core stability and coordination while engaging the lower body.
How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands in front of your chest.
- Rotate your upper body to the right while lifting your left knee towards your chest.
- Return to the starting position and switch sides, rotating left and lifting the right knee.
