The Arm Rotation Knee Lift is a dynamic exercise that combines upper body rotational movements with knee lifts. It primarily focuses on developing core stability and coordination while engaging the lower body.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands in front of your chest.
  2. Rotate your upper body to the right while lifting your left knee towards your chest.
  3. Return to the starting position and switch sides, rotating left and lifting the right knee.
