The Heel to Heel Tap is a bodyweight exercise aimed at improving lower body strength and coordination. It focuses primarily on the quadriceps and glutes. This exercise is beneficial for enhancing balance and stability while also engaging the core.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly pointed out.
  2. Lower into a squat position with knees aligned over toes.
  3. Tap one heel with the opposite hand while maintaining balance.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for desired repetitions.
