Cable Seated Leg Extension

The cable seated leg extension targets the quadriceps by using a cable machine to extend the leg from a seated position. This exercise isolates and strengthens the quadriceps, enhancing knee stability and leg strength.
How to do it
- Sit on the bench with back straight and feet flat.
- Attach a cable to an ankle strap and secure it around your ankle.
- Extend your leg forward until fully straightened.
- Pause for a moment, then slowly return to starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
