How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell in each hand at your sides.
- Place one foot on a bench, ensuring your knee is directly over your ankle.
- Press through your heel to lift your body onto the bench.
- Lower yourself back down with control and repeat.
- Switch legs and repeat for the desired number of reps.
