- Grip the handles firmly and place your feet on the pedals.
- Begin pedaling while simultaneously pushing and pulling the handles with your arms.
- Maintain a steady pace, increasing intensity by pedaling and pushing harder for a greater challenge.
- Focus on controlled breathing throughout the exercise.
