How to do it
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
- Step back with one foot, lowering into a lunge while raising both arms overhead.
- Ensure your front knee is aligned over the ankle.
- Push through the front heel to return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other leg.
