The Stepback with Hands Raise is a dynamic exercise that enhances lower body strength and balance. It involves stepping back into a lunge while raising the arms overhead, engaging both the legs and shoulders.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Step back with one foot, lowering into a lunge while raising both arms overhead.
  3. Ensure your front knee is aligned over the ankle.
  4. Push through the front heel to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the other leg.
