The Lever Belt Squat is a lower body exercise that targets the muscles of the legs and glutes. It's beneficial for building strength and muscle mass in the quadriceps and gluteus maximus, while minimizing stress on the lower back.
How to do it
- Secure the weight belt around your waist and connect it to the lever machine.
- Stand on the platform with feet shoulder-width apart, hands gripping the handles if available.
- Bend your knees and lower into a squat while keeping your back straight and chest upright.
- Lower until thighs are parallel to the ground, then push through your heels to return to standing.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining controlled form throughout.
