The Dumbbell Scott Press is a compound exercise targeting the shoulders and triceps. It's performed by starting with dumbbells held at shoulder level and pressing them overhead. This movement enhances shoulder and triceps strength while engaging the chest for stabilization.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright holding dumbbells at shoulder height, palms facing inward.
  2. Press the dumbbells overhead by extending your arms fully.
  3. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position slowly.
