How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with palms facing in.
  3. Press the dumbbells overhead until arms are fully extended.
  4. Lower back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions.
