How to do it
- Sit on the edge of a padded stool with hands beside hips, facing forward.
- Push off the stool, supporting body weight with arms, and extend legs out in front.
- Perform a dip by lowering hips towards the ground, while maintaining a straight torso.
- Raise legs up as you lower, keeping them extended.
- Return to starting position by pushing up and lowering legs simultaneously.
