How to do it
- Stand an arm's length away from the wall with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Place hands flat against the wall at shoulder height.
- Bend elbows slightly and lean towards the wall.
- Push back to the starting position with a rhythmic pulsing motion.
- Repeat the pulses while maintaining tight core engagement.
