The wall pulse exercise is an upper body workout focusing on the triceps. It involves pushing against a wall with rhythmic pulses, which targets the back of the arms effectively. This is a suitable exercise for building triceps strength without additional equipment.

How to do it

  1. Stand an arm's length away from the wall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place hands flat against the wall at shoulder height.
  3. Bend elbows slightly and lean towards the wall.
  4. Push back to the starting position with a rhythmic pulsing motion.
  5. Repeat the pulses while maintaining tight core engagement.
