The Tiger Curl Pose is a dynamic yoga-based exercise that enhances flexibility and strength. It targets the upper body, core, and lower body, while also improving balance and coordination. This exercise is particularly beneficial for activating the hip flexors and strengthening the arms.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lift one leg straight back and up, keeping hips square.
  3. Engage your core and draw the lifted knee towards your nose, rounding your spine.
  4. Extend the leg back up to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the other side.
