How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lift one leg straight back and up, keeping hips square.
- Engage your core and draw the lifted knee towards your nose, rounding your spine.
- Extend the leg back up to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side.
