Clap Jack is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that targets the upper body, core, and lower body. It combines jumping jacks with a clapping motion in front of the body, improving cardiovascular fitness and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended to the sides.
  2. Jump and bring feet together while simultaneously clapping hands in front of the chest.
  3. Return to starting position by jumping back to feet shoulder-width and arms extended.
  4. Repeat the movement rhythmically to maintain a steady pace.
