Clap Jack is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that targets the upper body, core, and lower body. It combines jumping jacks with a clapping motion in front of the body, improving cardiovascular fitness and coordination.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended to the sides.
- Jump and bring feet together while simultaneously clapping hands in front of the chest.
- Return to starting position by jumping back to feet shoulder-width and arms extended.
- Repeat the movement rhythmically to maintain a steady pace.
