How to do it
- Secure the resistance band to a sturdy anchor point at the top of the bench.
- Lie back on the decline bench, hooking your feet under the pads for support.
- Hold the resistance band handles near your shoulders.
- Engage your core and sit up, drawing your chest towards your knees.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining tension in the band.
