How to do it

  1. Sit with your feet flat and hands behind you, lifting your hips into a reverse tabletop position.
  2. Engage your core, lift one hand and opposite foot, reaching to touch your toes.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side, maintaining stability.
