The Suspender Mountain Climber is a dynamic exercise that targets the core and improves cardiovascular endurance. By using suspension equipment, it adds an element of instability, thereby further engaging the core muscles and enhancing balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Anchor the suspension straps securely above you.
  2. Place feet in the loops, ensuring they're positioned comfortably.
  3. Start in a high plank with hands under shoulders and body straight.
  4. Drive one knee toward your chest, then switch quickly to the other knee.
  5. Continue alternating knees, maintaining a steady pace and core engagement.
