How to do it
- Begin in a lunge position with your right leg forward, knee aligned over the ankle.

- Hook your left elbow outside your right knee, pressing gently for a deeper twist.
- Keep your left leg straight and engage your core for balance.
- Hold the pose, then switch sides.
