How to do it

  1. Stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place hands on hips or behind your back for stability.
  3. Exhale completely and suck in your stomach as much as possible.
  4. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds while breathing normally.
  5. Release and repeat for desired repetitions.
