Equipment
Sitting Shoulder Press Toe Touch is a hybrid exercise that combines shoulder pressing with a core engagement move. Seated on a padded stool, it effectively targets shoulder muscles while integrating core stability through the toe touch motion, promoting upper body strength and core flexibility.
How to do it
- Sit on a padded stool with feet flat on the floor and hold dumbbells at shoulder height.
- Engage your core and press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height, then bend forward to touch your toes with a controlled motion.
- Return to the starting position and repeat.
