Sitting Shoulder Press Toe Touch is a hybrid exercise that combines shoulder pressing with a core engagement move. Seated on a padded stool, it effectively targets shoulder muscles while integrating core stability through the toe touch motion, promoting upper body strength and core flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a padded stool with feet flat on the floor and hold dumbbells at shoulder height.
  2. Engage your core and press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended.
  3. Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height, then bend forward to touch your toes with a controlled motion.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat.
  5. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement, avoiding excessive rounding of the back.
