How to do it
- Lie on a bench with your shoulders and head supported, holding the bench edges for stability.
- Engage your core and lift your legs and hips straight up toward the ceiling, ensuring your body is in a straight line.
- Slowly lower your body back down, maintaining a straight body position without allowing your back to arch.
