How to do it

  1. Lie on a bench with your shoulders and head supported, holding the bench edges for stability.
  2. Engage your core and lift your legs and hips straight up toward the ceiling, ensuring your body is in a straight line.
  3. Slowly lower your body back down, maintaining a straight body position without allowing your back to arch.
