Skater hops are a dynamic exercise that works the lower body and core muscles. They simulate the motion of a speed skater, providing cardiovascular benefits along with strength and stability to the legs and abdominal region.

How to do it

  1. Stand on your right foot, slightly bend the knee, and shift your weight onto it.
  2. Jump to the left, landing on your left foot, while bringing your right foot behind your left leg.
  3. Bend your left knee slightly while reaching your right hand toward the floor.
  4. Immediately jump to the right, switching sides, and repeat the motion continuously.
  5. Maintain a steady pace and focus on balance and control during each hop.
