How to do it
- Stand upright, feet together, holding a dumbbell close to your chest.
- Step to the side with your right leg, bending your knee and pushing your hips back.
- Keep your left leg straight while maintaining an upright torso.
- Push through your right foot to return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
