The Dumbbell One-Arm Bent-Over Row targets the upper and middle back muscles, enhancing strength and posture. This exercise is performed by leaning forward with one hand on a bench for support, while rowing a dumbbell with the opposite hand. It's effective for developing back thickness and improving shoulder stability.

How to do it

  1. Position one knee and hand on a bench for support, keeping your back straight.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in the opposite hand, letting it hang straight down.
  3. Pull the dumbbell towards your hip, squeezing your shoulder blade.
  4. Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
