This exercise is performed by leaning forward with one hand on a bench for support, while rowing a dumbbell with the opposite hand. It's effective for developing back thickness and improving shoulder stability.
How to do it
- Position one knee and hand on a bench for support, keeping your back straight.
- Hold a dumbbell in the opposite hand, letting it hang straight down.
- Pull the dumbbell towards your hip, squeezing your shoulder blade.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
