How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a bottle in each hand.
- Keep your core tight and back straight as you bend slightly forward.
- Pull the bottles upward towards your armpits, keeping elbows close to your sides.
- Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower the bottles back to the starting position in a controlled motion.
