Ring pull-ups are a dynamic upper body exercise focusing on pulling strength and stability. They enhance back, shoulder, and arm muscles while improving grip strength and core stability due to the instability of the rings.
How to do it
- Grip the gymnastics rings with an overhand grip, arms fully extended.
- Engage the core and pull your body upward until your chin is above the rings.
- Keep your elbows close to your body throughout the movement.
- Slowly lower yourself back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
