The Lever Single-Arm Neutral Grip Seated Row is an exercise targeting the back muscles with an emphasis on unilateral strength. It enhances back muscle symmetry and improves posture by working each side independently.

How to do it

  1. Sit at a Leverage Machine, placing one foot on the provided rest and grasping the handle with a neutral grip.
  2. Keep your back straight and core engaged, pull the handle towards your body by retracting your shoulder blade.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control over the weight.
