The Dumbbell Curl Press Extension combines a bicep curl with an overhead press, effectively targeting both the arms and shoulders. This compound movement enhances muscle coordination and is ideal for building upper body strength and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in each hand.
  2. Perform a bicep curl by bending at the elbows, keeping upper arms stationary.
  3. Once at shoulder level, rotate wrists to face forward and press the dumbbells overhead.
  4. Extend fully and then reverse the movement to return to the starting position.
