How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine seat and secure your feet under the pads.
  2. Grab the handles with a pronated grip, ensuring your arms are fully extended.
  3. Pull the handles down towards your chest while keeping your back straight and core engaged.
  4. Pause briefly when the handles reach chest level, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout the motion.
