How to do it

- Grab the handles with a pronated grip, ensuring your arms are fully extended.
- Pull the handles down towards your chest while keeping your back straight and core engaged.
- Pause briefly when the handles reach chest level, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout the motion.
