The EZ Bar Reverse Grip Bent-Over Row targets the upper back, emphasizing the lower trapezius and rhomboids. Using a reverse grip alters the focus slightly to include the biceps and upper back more significantly, supporting shoulder and arm stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ Barbell with a reverse grip.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Pull the bar towards your lower ribcage, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the bar back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
