How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a towel in both hands.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Pull the towel towards your lower ribcage, squeezing shoulder blades together.
  4. Pause briefly, then slowly release back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
